high-agency, low-ego Operations Specialist

to help us stay sharp, move fast, and keep the chaos organized. The Role – Operations Specialist (Events, Schedules, Office & GTM Ops) This is a

hybrid operator

role: part EA, part office ops, part event planner, part marketing ops enabler. You’ll sit at the center of our fast-moving team and work across: •

Executive scheduling and coordination •

Office logistics and team enablement •

Event planning and team offsites •

Marketing operations and GTM workflow support You’re a builder, a fixer, and a calendar whisperer. You keep systems humming and people unblocked — from board meetings to offsite dinners to Google Sheet dashboards. What You’ll Do • Coordinate

executive calendars , investor meetings, team offsites, and internal 1:1s • Own

office operations : supplies, vendor setup, space coordination, team equipment • Plan

events and logistics : internal dinners, speaker series, conference support, hackathons • Support

marketing ops : maintain Notion pages, organize creative assets, track email sends • Build and improve

internal systems

(e.g., Notion docs, Airtable tracking, Slack workflows) • Create

structure where there is chaos , but do it flexibly • Run special projects for founders and cross-functional teams • Handle the unsexy but critical — we ship, not shuffle What You Bring 1–3+ years in operations, executive support, or people/office management You’ve coordinated across leadership, vendors, and fast-moving teams You write clearly and follow up like your life depends on it You have taste — in events, systems, brand, and how teams run You’re fluent in Google Calendar, Slack, Notion, and Google Sheets You know how to keep things moving, even without a perfect process You ask, “How can I make this smoother?” and then go do it You’re thoughtful under pressure, and always default to ownership Bonus Points You’ve worked at an early-stage startup (Seed–Series A) You’ve planned a team offsite, speaker event, or investor dinner You’ve run marketing ops or helped manage email/newsletter/campaign workflows You’ve handled startup office ops — shipping, keys, security, vendors You’ve built dashboards, forms, or automations in Notion, Zapier, or Airtable What You’ll Get • Competitive salary + early equity • Work closely with founders and leadership • Autonomy and ownership over key systems and experiences • The ability to help scale a top-tier AI startup from the ground up • A team that moves fast, takes care of each other, and ships daily
