Infosys is seeking a Principal Enterprise SAP CI/FICA Consultant
As Principal Enterprise consultant, you will be a key player in the consulting team that helps discover and define the problem statement, evaluates the solution options, and makes recommendations. You will plan the activities of configuration, configure the product as per the design, conduct conference room pilots and will assist in resolving any queries related to requirements and solution design. You will conduct solution/product demonstrations, POC/Proof of Technology workshops and prepare effort estimates which suit the customer budgetary requirements and are in line with organization’s financial guidelines. You will also support knowledge transfer with the objective of providing value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.
Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. At least 11 years of experience with Information Technology. The Position may require travel to the client location which is in Charlotte, NC. All applicants authorized to work in the United States are encouraged to apply. Preferred Qualifications At least 11 years of experience in end-to-end implementation of SAP CI and FICA modules in BRIM projects. Gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications. Design and configure Convergent Charging, Convergent Invoicing, and FI-CA components. Must have a strong understanding of FICA- AP/AR and Dunning Processes. Must have knowledge on Scheduling Billing and Invoicing, Billing process configuration for selection, grouping and aggregation, Invoicing process, Execution, Process configuration, invoicing and billing reversal, CC and CI integration, Customization of events in CI and FICA, Invoice outputs from CI. SAP BRIM FICA Finance and Contract Accounting working directly with the client gathering requirements to analyze, design and implement a FICA in SAP BRIM. FICA configuration experience of Main /Sub , Payment hierarchy, Clearing rules, Dunning, Security Deposits, Payment Clearings, Open item management, Tax, Installment plans, Returns, Refund Process , Write offs. BRIM Contract accounting FICA Good exposure to SAP FICA implementation with end to end deep know knowledge of Invoicing, FICA to FIAR integration, payment run, mass run configuration and scheduling Good exposure to FICA functions and enhancements. Manage integration with SAP SOM, SAP CRM, SAP S/4HANA, and external systems. Define and implement business rules, event handling, invoicing cycles, and payment processing. Lead workshops, blueprinting sessions, and stakeholder meetings. Oversee data migration, testing (unit, integration, UAT), and cutover activities. Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement recommendations. Mentor junior consultants and coordinate with cross-functional teams. Take ownership of RFP activities – scope identification, effort estimation, solution, and its elegant articulation. Work individually or in teams to effectively write Infosys solution, present it in Orals and defend it during Due Diligence. Lead requirement gathering workshops. Work with business and IT teams to elicit and elaborate requirements to group and collate them further in required documents. Create POC, demos, explore new product features and pass knowledge to junior team members. Design Compensation plans as per business requirements, create compensation plan calculators in excel to explain and calculate payments. Test the developments – individually and in an integrated environment. Assist business users in User Acceptance Testing Create training documents for Compensation Admins Promote solutions to higher application environments and perform cutover activities. Must be able to quickly resolve post go live issues in terms of data fix and solution corrections/adaptations. Lead team of consultants located at various locations in performing the above activities. Strong hands-on experience in SAP CI, SAP FICA, and BRIM architecture.
