Marketing Performance Data Analyst
to join our Marketing and Communications team. The ideal candidate will measure and optimize campaign effectiveness across digital and traditional channels.

Responsibilities: Performance Measurement & Reporting:
Track and report on campaign performance across email, social, web, paid, and earned media. Clean, segment, and analyze marketing data using HubSpot and GA4.
Strategic Insights, Planning & Execution:
Translate data into intuitive narratives for stakeholders and leadership. Design and analyze A/B and multivariate tests to improve campaign outcomes.
Data Management & Tools:
Ensure proper tagging and tracking via HubSpot, GA4, and Google Tag Manager. Maintain marketing data integrity across CRM, automation, and analytics systems.
Marketing Performance Data Analyst
Qualifications: 1+ years of experience in marketing. Bachelor's Degree. Marketing Strategy & Execution: Understanding of campaign lifecycles, storytelling, and content-driven engagement. HubSpot Mastery: Experience with custom reporting, workflows, and lead scoring. GA4 Proficiency:Ability to analyze user behavior, content performance, and conversion paths. Data Storytelling: Skilled at crafting insights into persuasive, executive-ready narratives. Marketing Data Science: Experience using statistical tools to identify audience patterns and trends. An interest in public policy is a plus. Google Analytics. Data cleaning, mining, visualization, and automation, with a strong grasp of marketing fundamentals. Shift: Monday to Friday, 8 am-5 pm. #PP
