• The Pricing Analyst will own and execute new sales pricing requests, delivering timely and accurate analysis to support commercial decisions
• Perform pricing, cost, and margin analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
• Develop, enhance, and maintain pricing models and reporting tools to improve visibility into profitability
• The Pricing Analyst partner cross-functionally with sales, finance, and operations to support pricing strategy and execution
• Create new analytics and reporting to evaluate win/loss trends, pricing effectiveness, and margin erosion
• Leverage ERP and CRM data to streamline workflows and improve data accuracy
• Continuously improve pricing and analytics processes through automation and smarter modeling xrczosw
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• 4-7 years of experience in pricing, cost accounting, or manufacturing/CPG finance roles
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, modeling, complex formulas, automation mindset)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into insights
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with minimal structure
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work directly with senior stakeholders
