As the Director of Security, you will be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating activities that protect and safeguard our company assets, team members, members, owners and guests. Main Responsibilities

Plans, examines, analyzes, evaluates, and supervises security operations.

Prepare and maintain accurate information for audits.

Prepare reports and records for the management team and evaluate current procedures, practices and precedents for accomplishing activities and functions relative to security.

Prepare periodic budget estimates and reports, order supplies and equipment as needed.

Supervise security personnel, initiating personnel actions including recruitment, selections, transfers, promotions and discipline or dismissal, prepare work schedules, assign or delegate responsibilities and evaluate performance.

Conduct supervise and prepare reports relating to internal investigations of any losses or violations of regulations, policies and procedures.

Serve as liaison with public law enforcement, fire and other agencies as it relates to security.

Ensure overall compliance with OSHA rules and regulations and maintain accurate MSDS labeling and records.

Carry out all reasonable requests or special projects by management.

Assist in implementing, training and administering automated security systems, maintain records and conduct periodic inspections.

Coordinate training with regard to loss prevention, fire, blood‑borne pathogens and all other safety topics related to all team members.

Qualifications

3+ years of related security experience is required.

2+ years of managerial/supervisory experience is required.

Flexibility with availability and schedule with a 24/7 operation.

Ability to multi‑task and prioritize workload.

Guard Card.

Hotel or hospitality experience is preferred.

BA/BS/Bachelor's Degree is helpful.
