Hilton Grand Vacations is looking for an Assistant Director of Security to join The Fountains Resort in Orlando, FL. In this position, you will supervise, schedule, and encourage Security Associates by providing direction and equipment needed to accomplish their duties.

Responsibilities
Conduct patrols of common areas, offices, work and storage areas, and report safety or security deficiencies.
Operate and monitor all security equipment including radios, AED, PPE, master keys, and resort’s key card system.
Log all hard keys, visitor badges, parking passes, and lost/found property according to policy.
Provide continuous integrity and courtesy with every guest and team member interaction.
Conduct preliminary investigations and gather evidence for incident reports.
Assign schedules, shift posts, and special assignments for Security Officers and review incident reports for accuracy.
Conduct shift briefs and training for Security Officers.
Complete all incident and injury reports for submission to Risk Management, HR, and Resort Management.
Identify and assist management with trespassing problematic guests or visitors.
Maintain confidentiality of all security‑related matters.
Assist management and first responders in emergency situations.
Inspect vehicles or equipment and advise management of deficiencies.
Escort team members or vendors through secure areas.
Assist with key and safe duties as assigned.
Act as a witness to cash drops.
Minimum Qualifications
At least 1 year of experience in the security field.
At least 6 months of supervisory experience in the security field.
CPR/AED certification (Adult, Infant, Child Rescue).
First Aid certification.
Driver’s license (non‑commercial) – state/specific.
Preferred Qualifications
Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Excellent customer service skills.
Proficient time management and prioritization abilities.
Initiative and adaptation to changes.
Recognition of emergency situations and appropriate response.
Sound judgment, independent work with minimal direction.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Ability to perform various duties with frequent interruptions and distractions.
