Location & Hours Bethesda, MD – full‑time, 30–35 hours per week (schedule flexible).

Your Responsibilities
Provide primary and family evidence‑based care, including accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management of health problems, health counseling, and disposition planning.
Perform administrative duties such as opening/closing the clinic, inventory, patient follow‑up, verifying insurance, collecting payment, and maintaining a clean environment.
Handle patient appointments and perform routing examinations to ensure positive patient health outcomes.
Speak with patients about healthy lifestyle choices, conduct diagnostic tests, and coordinate with other healthcare professionals to maintain a comprehensive plan of care.
Encourage patients to become active participants in their own healthcare through services such as health screenings, behavioral health and wellness, and chronic condition management.
Required Qualifications
Minimum of one year of experience as a Nurse Practitioner (Family medicine or primary care preferred).
Active Family Nurse Practitioner license in good standing.
Holistic, evidence‑based care including education and treatment for pregnancy prevention, STI prevention, and safer sex practices.
Order and administer immunizations and injections (e.g., COVID‑19, influenza, TB, Depo) and provide vaccine counseling.
Minimum of two years of medically relevant experience or equivalent.
Complete the DOT certification exam within 30 days of employment.
Proficiency in speaking and writing additional languages (e.g., Spanish) preferred.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, including CPR and AED operation.
Pass a fit test and wear the provided respirator mask when required by protocol.
Preferred Qualifications
EPIC experience.
Education
Master’s Degree level Family Nurse Practitioner program with current National Board Certification and state licensure.
Or, Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies (or equivalent health‑related master’s degree) with current National Board Certification and state licensure.
Pay Range Typical pay range: $50.22 – $108.15 per hour (base rate or full‑time salary). Salary will depend on experience, education, geography and other factors. The position may qualify for bonuses, commissions, or short‑term incentives.
