Key Responsibilities

Provide regular detail in project planning, scheduling, and budgeting.

Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, superintendents and other stakeholders to ensure project efficiency.

Monitor project progress and report on status, identifying any potential issues early and potential improvements.

Support site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

Maintain project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and daily reports.

Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates and address any concerns.

Participate in project meetings and contribute to team discussions.

Assist in resolving project-related issues and conflicts.

Occasionally conduct on-site inspection, climb ladders and walk on roofs.

Assist Superintendents with problem-solving, scheduling, customer service, and procedures.

Monitors daily productivity and ensures project adherence to contractual scope of work, approved submittals, and company standards.

Resolves conflicts and assumes a lead role in any dispute resolution activities occurring on projects.

Complies with and enforces all personnel and safety policies.

Recommend improvements, changes, or new techniques and procedures.

Carry out specific work plans as assigned by management.

Must be able to report to Clute office as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred or 2+ years commercial roofing experience.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.

Strong knowledge of different commercial roofing applications, coatings and waterproofing.

Must be able to read and understand blueprints and construction specifications.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with project management software is a plus.

Willingness to travel to job sites throughout Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma as needed.

Valid Texas driver's license.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
