What does the role involve?
Responsible for full cycle recruiting for mid to senior/executive-level candidates across different micro-specialized industries. Networking to develop new business with potential clients while continuing connections with existing clients - our clients range from startups to thriving fortune 100 companies. Acting as a consultant for both the client and candidates to ensure a smooth hiring process. Negotiations - both on the candidate and commercial side. You will receive a commission when a placement is successfully made - this is an uncapped commission opportunity! A bit about us:
The Boston office was founded in 2016, with just 3 consultants at the time, and after 9 years of sustained success the office is now the 3rd largest in the Phaidon group from a revenue perspective. In the 9 years of existence the team in Boston has supported over 1000 clients to fill their most critical positions, placing over 4,000 candidates in that timeframe. Phaidon International is a global staffing and recruitment company that is operating across Europe, Asia, and the United States. What Phaidon International can offer you:
$47,500 base salary + unlimited commission (75k-85k average 1st year OTE) Get rewarded for every one of your wins from placements and headhunts to new clients signed (No threshold, quota, or draw to limit you) Merit-based promotions - opportunities to step into management or excel as an individual contributor from your performance. Ownership: After two years of tenure in the business, automatically become enrolled in our equity ownership program Training: A training program made for recruiters, by recruiters to support you from the beginning and through any challenges as your career progresses.
