What does the role involve? Responsible for full cycle recruiting for mid to senior/executive-level candidates across different micro-specialized industries. Networking to develop new business with potential clients while continuing connections with existing clients - our clients range from startups to thriving fortune 100 companies. Acting as a consultant for both the client and candidates to ensure a smooth hiring process. Negotiations - both on the candidate and commercial side. You will receive a commission when a placement is successfully made - this is an uncapped commission opportunity!

largest in the Phaidon group from a revenue perspective. In the 9 years of existence the team in Boston has supported over 1000 clients to fill their most critical positions, placing over 4,000 candidates in that timeframe.
