Responsibilities We are seeking an exceptional VP of Process Transformation to lead our organization through a critical period of enterprise‑wide transformation and ERP modernization. This executive will serve as the chief architect of our business process optimization, change management, and digital transformation initiatives. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role requires a unique blend of strategic vision, technical acumen, and inspirational leadership to drive meaningful organizational change that delivers measurable business value.

Strategic Leadership & Vision

Develop and articulate a comprehensive transformation roadmap aligned with long‑term business objectives and strategic priorities

Champion an innovation mindset across the organization, encouraging new ideas and the courage to challenge existing processes to re‑engineer future state operations

Establish data‑driven decision‑making frameworks to better utilize organizational data, measure progress, and demonstrate transformation value

Align transformation initiatives with industry best practices while adapting them to organizational needs and culture

Serve as a strategic advisor to the executive team on transformation opportunities and digital innovation

ERP Implementation & Process Optimization

Lead the enterprise‑wide ERP implementation from Oracle to SAP Public Cloud, ensuring successful deployment across all business functions

Apply hands‑on expertise to guide system architecture decisions, integration strategies, and process design

Drive end‑to‑end business process re‑engineering initiatives utilizing methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean, and other optimization frameworks

Ensure seamless integration between ERP systems and existing technology infrastructure

Establish governance structures and best practices for ongoing ERP optimization and enhancement

Organizational Change Management

Design and implement a comprehensive change management framework to support multiple concurrent transformation initiatives

Build organizational capacity for change by developing internal change champions across all departments

Create clear communication strategies that articulate the vision, the "why," and the "what's in it for me" to drive adoption at all levels

Manage resistance with empathy and determination, employing emotional intelligence to navigate the human side of transformation

Monitor change readiness and adoption metrics, adjusting strategies to ensure successful transitions and sustained behavioral change

Program & Project Management

Lead multiple organization‑wide transformation priorities simultaneously, ensuring alignment and resource optimization

Assign and empower internal champions for departmental initiatives while maintaining overall accountability

Implement agile methodologies with a continuous improvement mindset, recognizing the need to deliver incremental value rather than attempting to "boil the ocean"

Establish project management disciplines to keep complex, cross‑functional initiatives on track, on budget, and aligned to outcomes

Develop risk management strategies to identify potential challenges and create mitigation plans that balance optimism with realistic assessments

Leadership & Team Development

Inspire and motivate cross‑functional teams, building trust and enthusiasm for transformation initiatives

Demonstrate inspirational leadership that energizes the organization around the transformation vision

Foster a culture of transparency, collaboration, and continuous learning

Develop talent and build organizational capability in transformation, change management, and process excellence

Partner with HR and business leaders to ensure the organization has the skills and mindset needed for sustained transformation success

The salary wage range of $276,800 - $462,800 is just one component of Panasonic’s total package. The final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to individual’s knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses and incentives. The minimum hourly wage for this role will be the greater of the posted range, or minimum wage for the location where the employee will be working, subject to local minimum wage requirements.

Qualifications What We're Looking For:

Experience & Track Record

15+ years of progressive experience in business transformation, process optimization, and organizational change management

Proven hands‑on track record of successfully leading large‑scale ERP implementations (SAP, Oracle, or other major enterprise systems) from planning through go‑live and hypercare

Executive‑level experience managing enterprise‑wide transformation programs with budgets exceeding $10M

Demonstrated success in driving process re‑engineering initiatives that delivered measurable business outcomes

Track record of implementing change management frameworks across complex, multi‑departmental organizations

Technical & Methodological Expertise

Deep knowledge of ERP systems architecture, implementation methodologies, and best practices (SAP expertise highly preferred; experience with SAP Public Cloud a significant advantage)

Strong command of process optimization methodologies, including Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred), Lean, BPM, and continuous improvement frameworks

Technical acumen to understand current tools, technologies, and processes that enhance operational efficiency

Understanding of data analytics, business intelligence, and how to leverage data for decision‑making and value demonstration

Familiarity with cloud‑based enterprise technologies and digital transformation trends

Leadership Competencies

Inspirational leadership with the ability to build followership, motivate teams, and create enthusiasm for change

Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels, from C‑suite to frontline employees

High emotional intelligence with proven ability to navigate organizational politics, resistance, and the human dynamics of change

Change management mastery, including frameworks such as Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter, or equivalent methodologies

Intestinal fortitude and resilience to push through resistance while maintaining stakeholder relationships and organizational trust

Strategic & Business Acumen

Proven ability to translate business strategy into actionable transformation initiatives with clear ROI

Experience aligning transformation efforts to industry best practices while maintaining competitive differentiation

Strong business acumen with understanding of multiple functional areas (Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, HR, Sales, etc.)

Track record of driving top‑to‑bottom adoption of new systems, processes, and ways of working

Experience working with senior executives and boards to secure buy‑in and resources for transformation

Preferred Qualifications

MBA or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Information Systems, or related field

SAP Public Cloud implementation experience in a leadership capacity

Certification in Change Management (Prosci, CCMP, or equivalent)

Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt certification

PMP, PgMP, or equivalent project/program management certification

Experience leading digital transformation initiatives involving cloud migration, automation, AI/ML, or other emerging technologies

Consulting background from a top‑tier management consulting or systems integration firm

Experience in Aerospace or comparable industries

Previous VP or C‑level transformation leadership role

What We Offer

Paid time off: Exempt salaried employees receive flexible paid time off. Non‑exempt hourly employees accrue 14 vacation days per year + 7 sick days + 3 personal days. All employees receive 11 company paid holidays per year. Additional compensation for holiday work when required.
