We are seeking a Project Manager to serve as a key liaison between Client stakeholders and delivery partners, ensuring the successful execution of multiple initiatives:
I. Volunteer Programs – Salesforce Case Management: Support the implementation of a ticketing system for Tax‑Aide and Experience Corps using Salesforce. This includes driving stakeholder accountability for deliverables and commitments and coordinating non‑technical components.
II. Technology & Business Solutions – Digital Transformation & Data Strategy: Facilitate planning and integration activities for enterprise data initiatives, including coordination with internal teams for data migration into AWS.
This role requires strong collaboration across multiple teams and delivery partners, with approximately half of the time dedicated to each initiative.
Responsibilities
Serve as the internal liaison between Client stakeholders and delivery partners.
Manage requirements gathering, documentation, and alignment with business objectives. Plans, organizes, and implements assigned projects. Organizes project teams and leads internal and external team members and stakeholders to deliver on project goals.
Coordinate project governance, status reporting, and stakeholder communications.
Track milestones, risks, and dependencies across multiple workstreams.
Ensure compliance with PMO standards and procurement processes.
Use Jira for task tracking and collaboration; maintain dashboards and reports.
Work collaboratively with cross‑functional internal and external teams, customers, vendors, and others to resolve issues and meet project goals.
Required Qualifications
BS Degree
5+ years of experience in project management
Proven experience managing Salesforce implementation projects and/or enterprise digital transformation efforts
Strong oral and written communication skills; ability to influence and hold stakeholders accountable
Proficiency in Jira (mandatory)
Ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams and vendors
Familiarity with data strategy projects and cloud environments
Strong organizational and time‑management skills for split‑focus role
Preferred Qualifications
Non‑profit experience
Experience working within Salesforce
Additional Requirements
Regular and reliable job attendance
Exhibit respect and understanding of others to maintain professional relationships
Independent judgment in evaluation options to make sound decisions
In office/open office environment with the ability to work effectively surrounded by moderate noise
Hybrid Work Environment
Clients observes Mondays and Fridays as remote workdays, except for essential functions. Remote work can only be done within the United States and its territories.
Position will last until August 31, 2026. Could be extended based on need and performance.
