Reputable and leading global investment management firm in need of a VP of Digital Product Management to shape and advance technology platforms supporting the private credit investment lifecycle.
This role sits at the intersection of investments, data, operations, and technology—owning the product vision and roadmap for platforms that enable investment decision‑making, portfolio management, transparency, and risk management across public and private strategies.
*$225-$285K (Base+ Full Annual Bonus)
*Hybrid 3 days/week in office**

Direct impact on front-to-back private credit workflows, from deal execution to portfolio oversight
True product leadership role—not project management
High exposure to investment professionals, senior operations leaders, and technology teams
Opportunity to modernize and scale enterprise investment platforms in a complex, data‑rich environment
Balance of strategic ownership and hands‑on execution
Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for investment lifecycle platforms
Translate complex investment and operational needs into scalable technology solutions
Lead cross‑functional teams through discovery, prioritization, and delivery
Partner closely with investment, operations, data, UX, and engineering teams
Establish KPIs and apply Agile/OKR frameworks to drive measurable outcomes
Improve data governance, transparency, and performance insights
Drive adoption through training, governance, and a center‑of‑excellence model
Engage with peer firms and vendors to stay aligned with leading practices
Qualifications:
8+ years of experience delivering finance or investment technology platforms
Strong understanding of private credit, asset management, deal, cash, and portfolio workflows
Proven product management experience in complex, enterprise environments
Background in data, analytics, operations, and platform‑centric architectures
Ability to influence senior stakeholders and operate effectively in matrixed organizations
Experience in asset management, alternatives, or regulated financial services preferred
Compensation: $285,000 per year
