We’re partnering with a top-tier global investment management firm in need of a results driven SVP of Digital Product Management to lead the evolution of its client and investment platforms.
This is a high-visibility leadership role for an executive who owns the execution and knows how to translate complex investment data into compelling digital experiences—helping business development, investor relations, and investment teams win and retain institutional clients across public and private markets.
*$275-$350K Total Comp (base + full annual bonus)
*3 days/week hybrid in office
Compelling Highlights & Responsibilities:
Own the vision, strategy, and delivery of enterprise digital platforms used by senior investment and client-facing leaders
Direct influence on how a global investment platform presents insights, manages portfolios, and engages clients
Heavy emphasis on Salesforce as a strategic platform
Partner directly with Investment, Business Development, Investor Relations, Technology, and Data leadership
Blend executive-level strategy with hands‑on product leadership
Define and execute a product vision for digital and data‑driven client platforms
Lead cross‑functional teams through discovery, prioritization, and delivery
Optimize end‑to‑end business processes and the underlying technology platforms
Drive adoption through training, governance, and a center‑of‑excellence model
Establish KPIs, OKRs, and Agile delivery practices to drive measurable outcomes
Ensure data quality, governance, and analytics enable best‑in‑class client storytelling
Stay close to market trends, peer firms, and emerging platform capabilities
Qualifications
10+ years leading finance or investment‑related technology and digital platforms
Deep experience designing strategic solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem
Strong understanding of institutional client engagement and investment workflows
Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders in complex, matrixed environments
Background in data, analytics, and platform‑centric product delivery
Experience in asset management, alternatives, or regulated financial services preferred
Compensation:
$275,000-$350,000 per year
