About the Role We are seeking a visionary AI-Enabled Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of next-generation, AI-native data and analytics solutions. This role is central to our transformation mission as we embed Generative AI, Agentic Intelligence, and modern data engineering into how we operate and deliver value to clients.

You will architect and guide the development of scalable, modular platforms that combine data modernization, GenAI, and intelligent automation. You’ll also lead and mentor multidisciplinary teams—developing the next generation of technical leaders who can translate emerging AI capabilities into tangible business impact. Operating at the intersection of technology, strategy, and delivery, you will bridge innovation with measurable outcomes.

Your Responsibilities Solution Architecture & Innovation

Architect scalable, modular data and AI platforms integrating modern data engineering with Generative and Agentic AI capabilities.

Design end-to-end ingestion, transformation, and classification pipelines across structured and semi-structured data sources (e.g., Excel, JSON).

Implement advanced RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures using intelligent chunking and multimodal retrieval techniques.

Embed data quality monitoring, validation, and observability frameworks for consistent reliability.

Develop enterprise-scale GenAI and Agentic Intelligence use cases, leveraging in-context learning and advanced prompting techniques (e.g., ReAct, Tree-of-Thoughts, Reflexion, hybrid reasoning).

Integrate ML models for analytical and operational applications, ensuring seamless interaction with AI pipelines.

Operationalize LLMOps frameworks for governance, traceability, and performance optimization.

Lead and mentor teams of architects, engineers, and analysts, fostering innovation and delivery excellence.

Work cross-functionally with consulting, business, and technology teams to align architectures to client transformation goals.

Champion AI and data architecture as enablers of business growth and strategic differentiation.

Design secure API architectures integrating enterprise authentication (OAuth2) and feedback loops.

Oversee integration with instrumentation and monitoring frameworks (e.g., Langfuse) for observability and governance.

Ensure solutions are designed for scalability, adaptability, and long-term client success.

Programming & APIs: PySpark, Python, FastAPI, FastMCP, SQL, OAuth2

AI Architectures: Retrieval-Augmented Generation, In-Context Learning, Agent Design, Function Calling, LLM Fine-Tuning & Adaptation

Data Analytics & Quality: Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA), advanced classification, data quality reporting

Enterprise Integration: API security, instrumentation, and operationalization via MLOps and LLMOps frameworks

Proven experience designing and scaling AI-enabled and data-driven architectures.

Strong foundation in software engineering, data architecture, and AI/ML enablement.

Security Clearance Requirement (or ability to obtain): Secret This position requires an active Secret security clearance or the ability to obtain one. A Secret clearance is a U.S. government security clearance that allows access to classified national security information that could cause "serious damage" to national security if disclosed without authorization.

Involves investigation into criminal history, financial records, and personal conduct

Must be sponsored by a government agency or cleared defense contractor

Requires periodic reinvestigation (typically every 10 years)

Clearance processing typically takes 3-6 months but can vary

Candidates must be able to meet the eligibility requirements established by the U.S. government for access to classified information at the Secret level.
