We are seeking a Senior Data & AI Advisory Consultant to support and lead data, digital, and AI transformation initiatives for clients across regions. Based in India, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders and delivery teams in the UK / Europe, Middle East, APAC, and India, playing a pivotal role in shaping strategic insights, and solution recommendations and delivery.
This role sits at the intersection of technology strategy, business analysis, operating model design, and data-led transformation. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate between business needs and technical considerations. Lead discovery activities, interviews, and workshops to understand current‑state processes, organizational structures, and data/technology challenges across global teams.
Translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories, and design recommendations.
Evaluate information from multiple sources, identify underlying needs, and shape actionable problem statements.
Perform structured data‑driven analysis (e.g., Excel modelling, data exploration) to support client decision‑making.
Support or lead the design of data, AI, digital, and IT operating models – including capabilities, roles, processes, and governance structures.
Develop strategic roadmaps, future‑state scenarios, and implementation plans that guide organizations through transformation.
Work closely with stakeholders across geographies to ensure designs and recommendations align with broader business priorities.
Data, Analytics & AI Enablement
Collaborate with cross‑regional data engineering, architecture, and analytics teams to ensure requirements are well understood and solutions meet business outcomes.
Support data validation, quality assessment, testing, and troubleshooting, working closely with technical teams where required.
Identify opportunities to embed automation, analytics, and AI techniques into client processes and organizational workflows to drive improvement and efficiencies.
Use tools such as Excel and BI platforms (Power BI/Tableau) to support insights, scenario analysis, and storytelling.
(Note: Exposure to SQL, Python, or cloud platforms is valued, but the role does not require deep hands‑on coding or engineering expertise.)
Project Leadership, Communication & Client Engagement
Shape and manage project scope, plans, dependencies, and risks using Agile or Kanban methodologies.
Collaborate with global teams across time zones to ensure alignment, timely delivery, and consistency in outputs.
Facilitate workshops, playback sessions, and stakeholder discussions across regions.
Develop high‑quality presentations, reports, and strategic recommendations for executive audiences.
Translate complex data, technology, and operating model concepts into simple, compelling narratives that support decision‑making.
Build strong, trust‑based relationships with stakeholders at all levels, acting as a key advisor throughout engagement lifecycles.
Who you Are
You have strong Consulting & Functional Skills
5+ years of experience in technology advisory, business analysis, data/AI strategy, or digital transformation roles.
Strong ability to structure complex problems, synthesise insights, and design strategic and operational solutions.
Experience working across full project lifecycles, including discovery, requirements definition, analysis, design, and implementation support.
Skilled in facilitating workshops, guiding stakeholder discussions, and managing cross‑region collaboration.
Understanding of agile delivery practices, with experience supporting or delivering components of technology, data, or AI transformation programs.
Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders.
You obtain a Technical Understanding
Familiarity with data concepts, integrations, analytics workflows, and modern data platforms.
Exposure to SQL, Python/R, BI tools, or cloud environments (not required to be advanced).
Understanding of solution testing, data validation, and the software delivery lifecycle.
Ability to work closely with technical teams to translate requirements and validate outputs.
