Care Partner – Full Time Location
Westlake, Ohio Salary and Sign‑On Bonus
Starting wage: $18.00–$20.00 per hour. Sign‑on bonus: $3,000. Shift Schedule
Week 1: Monday, Saturday, Sunday Week 2: Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday 7 am‑7 pm Responsibilities
Advocate of Empathy: Be responsible for understanding the importance of empathy and create human connection with residents during their most vulnerable moments. Proactive with assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADL): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, oral care. Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years of age. High school diploma or equivalent. Can read, write, understand, and communicate in English with our residents. Positive and energetic attitude that loves our residents. Computer skills to print documents and enter information about residents. Active: Able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day. Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds. Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall. Must be criminally cleared.
