Description As General Manager, you’ll be the senior leader of Shaver Hall, overseeing all day-to-day operations and guiding a diverse team across food, beverage, entertainment, sales, and facilities. You’ll balance big-picture strategy with hands‑on leadership to ensure profitability, operational excellence, and a culture of hospitality that sets Shaver Hall apart. What You’ll Do
Lead all hall operations with a focus on excellence, consistency, and profitability.
Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a positive and professional culture.
Oversee operations, sales, entertainment, facilities, and administration.
Build strong partnerships with stall operators, ensuring alignment with Shaver Hall standards.
Partner with accounting on financial reporting, labor management, and cost of goods, identifying opportunities for growth and savings.
Collaborate with marketing and entertainment teams to execute concerts, events, and brand initiatives that elevate guest experience.
Ensure consistent beverage programming, quality control, and rollouts across all bars.
Maintain compliance with all food, beverage, and sanitation regulations.
Oversee vendor relationships, purchasing practices, and cost control.
Manage labor scheduling, training, and performance across all departments.
Analyze ROI on entertainment programming to maximize value.
Champion Shaver Hall’s culture by balancing professionalism with fun, guest‑focused energy.
Qualifications
10+ years of hospitality management experience, with 3–5 years as a high-volume GM (multi‑unit or restaurant/bar group preferred).
Strong financial acumen with proven P&L management experience.
Manager ServSafe certified and current alcohol service certifications (or ability to obtain upon hire).
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, multi‑tasking environment with minimal supervision.
Fun, energetic, and passionate about hospitality and guest experience.
Strong written and verbal communication skills; proven decision‑making ability.
Flexible schedule with availability for evenings, weekends, holidays, and on‑call shifts.
