POSITION DESCRIPTION We seek a strategic-minded and detail-oriented relationship builder and manager to join our team as the Program Manager for one of our large Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) contracts. This role encompasses managing all aspects of BPA and Task Order contract execution and management, including quality, team performance, task management, contract finances, staffing, team morale, client satisfaction, and contract administration. This role serves as our client’s key point of contact and touchpoint to our corporate operation.

Our IT Program Manager must be capable of managing multiple concurrent Task Orders across numerous agencies. A client-facing role, Our IT Program Manager not only needs to know how to effectively manage all aspects of our BPA and related Task Orders, but they must also understand and know how to navigate client dynamics, consult/advise, and grow programs from a business development perspective.

Our IT Program Manager must be able to collaborate with clients and stakeholders of all levels to help all parties to achieve desired results.

Primary job duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

BPA and Task Order Contract Management – ensure all aspects including service delivery performance, financial performance, staffing, contract compliance, employee morale, and client satisfaction are effectively and proactively managed.

Staffing – ensuring all Task Orders under the BPA is staffed at the proper levels with the proper skillsets.

Financial Management – ensure our contract instruments are not over or under-running. Manage contract finances compliantly and with corporate goals in mind.

Employee Morale & Satisfaction – assist and support T. White Parker staff with career planning, professional development guidance, and overall performance improvement. Assist the firm in helping to address employee concerns.

Customer Satisfaction – ensure clients are ecstatic about our work and our service.

Stay Smart – ensure you and your team stay abreast of industry developments and maintain a command of the expertise required to successfully deliver for the client.

MINIMUM POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Business or related field

8 years of related experience leading and managing large scale IT programs

At least 6 years of proven experience managing a program

Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification

Experience managing multiple Task Orders or projects simultaneously

Experience managing large teams across multiple different work streams

Executive-facing presence and communications skills

Strong business and technical writing skills

Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Demonstrated strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving measurable results

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels

Ability to effectively collaborate in both a virtual and an in-person environment

Self-starter, proactive, detail-oriented, organized, quality-focused, and team player

Ability to effectively interface and communicatewith stakeholders at all levels

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

DESIRED EDUCATION, SKILLS, & CERTIFICATIONS

Other Industry-Recognized IT Certification (e.g., ITIL, Agile, etc.)

Experience in federal consulting
