As part of the development team, the Senior Engineer, Software provides mentorship and technical guidance to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation. The role also involves troubleshooting and optimizing mobile applications to enhance user experience and maintain operational efficiency.**Research & Innovation:** Stay abreast of emerging mobile technologies, tools, and frameworks to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
