R01701# **Job Details:**### ## **Job Description:**Join Altera as a Product Marketing Engineer!This multifaceted leadership role combines product marketing, technical training, system architecture, design automation, and communications management for FPGA-based solutions. The position is responsible for driving adoption, competitive advantage, and operational excellence through strategic initiatives in education, customer enablement, PLM (Product Lifecycle Management), and internal/external communications.Key Responsibilities* Develop and execute global marketing strategies for Altera scale programs, representing customers and market needs to engineering teams.* Conduct competitive analysis, market research, and define positioning with go-to-market plans for scale activities.* Architect scalable customer training journeys, including hundreds of classes and structured learning plans aligned with marketing campaigns.* Create technical content for engineers, educators, and decision-makers, ensuring alignment with outbound marketing and product enhancements.* Design and deliver academic course content, lab exercises, and instructor training for university programs.* Collaborate with academic institutions to integrate technology into engineering curricula.* Oversee and design system integration and data migration initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical needs.* Serve as the primary contact between business, IT, and system integrators, ensuring data integrity and successful deployment of solutions.* Develop and integrate state-of-the-art solutions, including ML/AI-enhanced tools, to automate and optimize Partner, university and training programs.* Lead cross-functional initiatives to streamline design execution, mentor junior engineers, and drive continuous innovation in design automation infrastructure.* Develop and implement comprehensive internal and external communications strategies, amplifying organizational messages.**Salary Range**The pay range below is for Bay Area California only.
