Role
Salesforce Solution Expert/Architect for the Early Education Integration System at DCDEE. Lead design and delivery of secure, scalable, and user‑focused Salesforce and integration solutions that align with our digital strategy. Bridge strategic business needs with robust, secure solution architecture, collaborating with stakeholders, developers, and technical leads to deliver cutting‑edge, sustainable enterprise solutions.
Responsibilities
Architect end‑to‑end solutions and guide technical strategies and execution.
Collaborate with subject matter experts, technical leads, and business stakeholders to transform business scope into accurate and cost‑effective technical architecture.
Design and lead implementation of complex API‑based integration solutions, connecting Salesforce applications with external systems.
Ensure every solution aligns with data security and performance standards, including backup and restore strategies.
Identify and mitigate technical risks across the architecture, describing best practices for when to use standard Salesforce functionality versus customizations.
Create high‑quality technical documentation, data modeling, and solution diagrams.
Lead code reviews, design sessions, workshops, and release planning sessions.
Collaborate with Agile teams in backlog refinement, user story decomposition, and acceptance criteria refinement.
Assist in Salesforce environment setup and CI/CD pipeline process using appropriate release management tools and collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth project integration and delivery.
