Partnership Alliances Manager (PAM)
to develop and manage strategic partnerships with key technology partners such as Salesforce, Open AI, AWS, and Databricks. Your primary objective will be to enhance our digital services offerings and revenue growth through collaboration and mutual value creation.
Go‑to‑Market Role As part of the Go‑to‑Market function, you will act as a catalyst for change, support strategy execution, and coordinate across Lines of Business and Shared Services to align business development and client engagement efforts.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute partnership strategies to drive revenue growth, expand market reach, and enhance digital services capabilities.
Build and maintain strong partner relationships, serving as the primary point of contact and ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
Design and launch joint marketing and sales initiatives to generate leads, conduct account mapping and cross‑selling, and increase brand awareness.
Own Go‑to‑Market approaches, creating partner‑based offerings, assets, accelerators, and training sales and account leaders.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, practice and delivery teams to align partnership objectives with business goals.
Support in‑market sales pursuits with Business Developers and sales leaders.
Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments to identify partnership opportunities and risks.
Negotiate and manage partnership agreements, including contract terms, pricing, and governance.
Track and report on partnership KPIs, including revenue, pipeline, partner value scores, certifications, and customer satisfaction.
Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry best practices to drive innovation and new partnership opportunities.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
Minimum 5 years of alliance management, partnership development, or business development experience in digital services.
Strong network within Salesforce, Open AI, AWS, and Databricks ecosystems.
Proven track record of establishing and managing strategic partnerships and alliances.
Deep understanding of digital services, technology trends, and competitive landscape across verticals.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship‑building skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams and influence stakeholders.
Results‑driven mindset focused on achieving revenue targets and business objectives.
Analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
Self‑motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
Benefits & Compensation Salary ranges vary by location: Seattle or Washington, D.C. $144,200–$169,600; Los Angeles $151,000–$177,700; New York City or San Francisco $157,900–$185,700; other locations $137,300–$161,500. Total rewards include base salary, annual bonus, 401(k) plan, share ownership program, unlimited flexible time off, 10 paid holidays, and 10‑week paid parental leave.
