Role Description
This is a full‑time hybrid role for a Mortgage Loan Officer located in Chicago, IL, with some work‑from‑home flexibility. The Mortgage Loan Officer will be responsible for originating and processing mortgage loans, assessing client financial situations, and recommending suitable loan products. They will guide clients through the loan application process, ensure adherence to underwriting guidelines, and provide exemplary customer service. The role also involves nurturing relationships with clients and partners to meet lending goals and drive business growth.
Qualifications
Expertise in Mortgage Lending, and an in-depth understanding of the Mortgage Industry
Experience in Loan Origination and knowledge of Underwriting practices
Strong Customer Service and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively with attention to detail
Proficient in financial analysis and documentation review
Familiarity with federal and state mortgage regulations
