Responsible for:
leading a tenured account management team in driving operational efficiencies both internally and externally
standardizing procedures
Serves as a subject matter expert on complex escalated benefit inquiries and issues with the ability to be client facing at times.

Required Qualifications
2-4 years of in the healthcare industry
Customer service experience
People leadership experience
Process product knowledge of medical, dental and vision and other ancillary benefits
Ability to identify gaps and inefficiencies
Proficient in creating and conducting formal presentations
Ability to partner across teams in identifying process improvements
