Required Qualifications
2–4 years of experience in the healthcare industry.
Customer service experience.
People leadership experience.
Process and product knowledge of medical, dental, vision and other ancillary benefits.
Ability to identify gaps and inefficiencies.
Proficiency in creating and conducting formal presentations.
Strong communication skills.
