Job Description The Senior Director of Change Management will play a pivotal role in leading and overseeing change management for our most important transformation initiatives. This position requires a dynamic and experienced leader to both lead and coach successful change strategy implementation and foster increased capabilities within the organization. The ideal candidate will possess a high degree of business acumen in interacting with cross‑functional teams and executive leaders, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of successful change leadership.

Lead Change Management Strategy : Design and implement change strategies aligned with business objectives, partnering with executive leadership to assess readiness and define success metrics.
Executive Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement : Build strong relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders across functions to ensure alignment, buy‑in, and effective communication throughout change initiatives.
Risk & Readiness Assessment : Conduct impact analyses and readiness evaluations to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Coaching & Strategic Advisory : Provide coaching to senior leaders and act as a strategic advisor on transformation initiatives, change strategy, and stakeholder engagement.
Work Distribution
50% Support key strategic transformation initiatives as the change practitioner
25% Coach and support project leaders on change management for balance of transformation initiatives
25% Lead enterprise coordination of scaled program level transformation portfolio
Develop and implement change management strategies aligned with business goals
Partner with leadership to assess change readiness and define success metrics
Build relationships with leaders and key stakeholders for alignment and buy‑in
Facilitate communication and engagement strategies to support awareness and commitment
Conduct impact assessments and change readiness evaluations to identify risks and mitigation strategies
Build and manage small team of change practitioners supporting change management for transformation efforts
Coaching & Strategic Advisory
Provide coaching to senior leaders and project teams on key transformation initiatives
Serve as a thought partner to executive sponsors and program leaders on change strategy and stakeholder engagement
Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or higher AND (twelve) 12 years of change management or transformation/ or Project management experience.
In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:
Prosci certification or equivalent required with demonstrated experience implementing Prosci methodology or equivalent across various organizational contexts
Understanding of organizational development theories and principles, with emphasis on systems thinking
Proven track record of successful change management initiatives and working collaboratively in cross‑functional teams, preference on global organizations and enterprise‑wide transformations
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with ability to work collaboratively with executive and senior leadership.

Applicable to US Applicants Only: The expected compensation range for this position is $259,007 - $316,564, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
