Day-to-Day
Defend carriers and insureds in premises liability, construction defect, products liability, and professional malpractice actions from intake through verdict
Draft and argue dispositive motions and Daubert challenges in Massachusetts Superior Court and the District of Massachusetts
Take and defend depositions of plaintiffs, experts, corporate witnesses, and treating physicians throughout New England
Coordinate large‑scale discovery and expert retention in complex multi‑party litigation
Second‑chair and eventually first‑chair jury trials in Boston, Worcester, and federal courts on high‑exposure liability matters
