Base pay range
$160,000.00/yr - $210,000.00/yr

Day-to-Day
Defend employers in discrimination, harassment, whistleblower, wage‑hour class/collective actions, and restrictive‑covenant disputes in federal and Massachusetts state courts
Draft and argue dispositive motions, anti‑SLAPP motions, and complex discovery disputes in the District of Massachusetts and MCAD proceedings
Take and defend high‑level executive depositions and expert depositions on damages and statistical analyses
Lead strategy on internal investigations, reductions‑in‑force, and executive separations for public and private companies
Second‑chair or first‑chair jury trials, bench trials, and arbitrations in high‑exposure employment matters
