As we continue to scale, we’re looking for a motivated
Sales Development Representative (SDR)
to help build and manage our outbound sales pipeline.
Role Overview The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and booking sales opportunities with potential clients. You’ll be the first point of contact for prospects, introducing them to Porygon Studios and setting the foundation for long‑term partnerships.
This role is perfect for someone who is confident, personable, organized, and excited about creative services, marketing, and helping businesses grow.
Responsibilities
Prospect and research potential clients (brands, startups, SMBs, marketing teams)
Conduct outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone
Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on budget, needs, and timeline
Book discovery calls for the leadership / creative team
Maintain accurate records of outreach and leads in CRM
Follow up consistently with warm and cold leads
Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to refine messaging
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly booking and pipeline goals
Qualifications
0–2 years of experience in sales, SDR, BDR, or client‑facing roles
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable with cold outreach and follow‑ups
Self‑motivated, organized, and goal‑oriented
Interest in video production, content marketing, or creative services
