Administrative Assistant
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to support daily operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our client's office in Duluth, GA. This role involves managing a variety of administrative tasks, maintaining organization, and providing exceptional support to internal teams and external clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and organize office operations and procedures to maintain efficiency.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with accuracy.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Develop and maintain filing systems (digital and physical).
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients, ensuring professional communication.
- Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers.
- Support HR, finance, or project teams with administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- High School diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
Pay Details: $23.00 to $25.00 per hour
