Administrative Assistant

Key Responsibilities
- Calendar Management: Coordinate and maintain schedules, including meetings and appointments.
- Expense Reporting: Prepare, process, and reconcile expense reports in compliance with company policies.
- Data Accuracy: Perform coding corrections and maintain accurate records.
- Onboarding Support: Assist with onboarding activities for new team members, ensuring a smooth transition.
- Travel Coordination: Arrange and manage travel bookings through ERP Zoho, including itineraries and confirmations.
- Financial Tasks: Handle light accounts payable and billing responsibilities.
- Data Entry: Input and update information in Excel spreadsheets with precision and timeliness.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in administrative or office support roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with ERP systems (Zoho preferred).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Onsite, Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
- Employment Type: Temp to Hire
- Pay: $20-25/hr.
- Location: Garland, TX 75042
