Key Responsibilities

  • Calendar Management: Coordinate and maintain schedules, including meetings and appointments.
  • Expense Reporting: Prepare, process, and reconcile expense reports in compliance with company policies.
  • Data Accuracy: Perform coding corrections and maintain accurate records.
  • Onboarding Support: Assist with onboarding activities for new team members, ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Travel Coordination: Arrange and manage travel bookings through ERP Zoho, including itineraries and confirmations.
  • Financial Tasks: Handle light accounts payable and billing responsibilities.
  • Data Entry: Input and update information in Excel spreadsheets with precision and timeliness.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in administrative or office support roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with ERP systems (Zoho preferred).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Job Details:

  • Schedule: Onsite, Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
  • Employment Type: Temp to Hire
  • Pay: $20-25/hr.
  • Location: Garland, TX 75042
