Executive Assistant

LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking an Executive Assistant with 5 years of experience working in a similar role. This is a Temp opportunity, located in Manhattan, NY.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to transaction professionals, including managing complex travel arrangements, itineraries, agendas, and meeting calendars.
  • Maintain proactive communication with transaction professionals to keep them informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, ensuring timely follow-up.
  • Plan, coordinate, and prioritize meetings based on business needs, ensuring efficient scheduling and rescheduling.
  • Complete a wide range of administrative tasks, including expense tracking, preparing and submitting expense reports within deadlines, drafting correspondence, processing charitable contribution requests, and managing client gifts and entertainment in compliance with company policies.
  • Assist with editing, formatting, and printing presentations and documents using PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and PDF tools.
  • Handle occasional personal requests, such as personal travel arrangements and errands.
  • Deliver all tasks with a proactive, hands-on, and solutions-oriented approach.
  • Offer executive-level deal administration support to transaction professionals and deal teams.
  • Manage and organize internal databases, assist with deal marketing processes, and ensure timely distribution of marketing materials.
  • Oversee the end-to-end deal administration process, including planning closing dinners and arranging event-related items such as promotional materials and wine distribution.

Experience:

  • 5 years of Executive Assistant experience

Employment Type: Temp

Work Site: On-Site

Salary: $40-44/hr

Pay Details: $40.00 to $44.00 per hour
