Associate Regional Director

and help shape impactful programs in a shelter environment that truly changes lives. You will help build a community that empowers, impacts, and helps to meet the needs of vulnerable children and families through residential care, community‑based support, foster care, and adoption services. As

Associate Program Director , you’ll oversee daily operations, support staff development, and ensure program compliance—all while fostering a safe, supportive, and culturally responsive environment for youth and families.

Location:

Dallas, Houston, or San Antonio

Department:

Post Release Home Studies (PRHS)

Pay:

$77,140.00 - salary (Paid Bi-weekly)

Employment Type:

Full-Time, Permanent.

Language Requirements:

Must be fluent in Spanish and English.

Work Schedule:

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (may include some nights & weekends)

Travel:

Will need to commute to the on-site location. Occasional travel for training and/or regional/leadership conferences required.

What We’re Looking For: PLEASE READ ALL

Education:

BA in education, psychology, sociology, or related behavioral science.

Experience:

Minimum 3 years in a leadership or program management role.

Certifications:

First Aid, CPR, Emergency Behavior Intervention (training provided).

Language:

Must be fluent in Spanish and English.

Leadership:

Strong interpersonal skills, crisis management experience, and a heart for service.

Other:

Must have a valid driver's license and an insurable vehicle.

Must live within 60 miles of the HUB office location.
