Define the strategy for auto loan collections and recoveries, collaborating with Operations leadership
Understand delinquent borrowers to deliver products that address real human problems
Establish and track success metrics to assess the impact of product and operations initiatives
Utilize data-driven insights to inform product decisions, optimizing key metrics
Develop vendor partnerships that align with the overall business strategy
What is Required (Qualifications):
6+ years of experience in a product management role, focusing on consumer-facing products and internal operational tools
Proven track record of driving business outcomes through quantitative metrics and qualitative understanding
Strong product sense with the ability to execute on a multi-quarter roadmap
Excellent analytical problem-solving skills and effective communication
Ownership and growth mindset, demonstrating humility and a desire for continuous improvement
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience building products in fintech, credit servicing, or customer support environments
Familiarity with voice, chat, or AI-driven multi-modal user experience
Interest in credit and personal finance economic concepts
Experience with third-party vendor integrations
Demonstrated mission orientation and ability to achieve impactful results
