We’re working with a well‑established general contractor looking to add an experienced Estimator to support ongoing growth across commercial, multifamily, and mixed‑use projects.
This role sits at the center of preconstruction, partnering closely with operations and leadership to develop accurate budgets, manage subcontractor pricing, and support smooth project handoffs from pursuit through award.
What You’ll Do
Prepare conceptual, schematic, and GMP estimates
Perform detailed quantity takeoffs and scope reviews
Solicit, analyze, and level subcontractor bids
Develop project budgets, value‑engineering options, and cost comparisons
Support buyout and transition projects to operations
Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, and ownership
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of construction estimating experience
Background with commercial, multifamily, mixed‑use, or interior renovation projects
Strong understanding of drawings, specs, and construction means & methods
Experience with estimating software and Excel
Detail‑oriented, organized, and deadline‑driven
