About the Role We’re looking for an

While this is not a coding role, you should be technically fluent and capable of translating requirements, documenting workflows, and supporting go‑lives.

This role is critical to Impruvon’s expansion, supporting state deployments, pharmacy partnerships, and cross‑system interoperability — helping us grow with consistency, security, and reliability.

Assist in triaging and resolving integration issues quickly and accuratelyTrack metrics and help reduce integration‑related escalations or delays

Work closely with Product, Customer Experience (CX), Support, and Engineering to ensure integrations improve workflows and outcomes

Qualifications Required Skills and Experience

4+ years of experience in a technical integrations, implementation, or health tech role — or equivalent experience managing healthcare data workflows and coordinating across technical teams
