Position Summary We are seeking dependable Non-Skilled Supervisory Staff to support and oversee caregivers providing personal care and daily living assistance. Positions available for weekdays and weekends, with full-time opportunities.
Responsibilities
Supervise non-skilled caregiving staff
Conduct supervisory visits and ensure care plan compliance
Document visits and report updates
Coach staff and support quality care delivery
Communicate with clients, families, and care teams
Participate in Medicaid evaluations as required
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Supervisory or Home Care Experience Preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently
Basic computer skills
