Human Touch Home Health is seeking an experienced Home Health Clinical Manager (Non‑Skilled) to oversee clinical operations in our Washington, DC office. This RN leadership role focuses on staff supervision, quality assurance, compliance, and patient‑centered care within a home health environment. Responsibilities

Oversee non‑skilled home health clinical operations Supervise, train, and support clinical staff Ensure compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, and DC regulations Manage quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams Ensure accurate and timely EHR documentation Support clinical budgeting and operational efficiency Qualifications

Active District of Columbia RN license Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field 7+ years of home health or clinical experience 2+ years of clinical management or leadership experience Strong knowledge of home health regulations and compliance EHR experience required
