Position Details:
Part‑Time, 36 standard hours per week, Pay Range: $40.60–$87.44 per hour, Location: Boston, Onsite Only.

Position Summary
We’re looking for a Registered Nurse to join our innovative Pediatric Float pool to meet the ever‑changing staffing needs across the enterprise; with the opportunity to bring your expertise and grow in a variety of inpatient settings.
Key Responsibilities
Providing competent nursing care to patients (newborn – adult) and their families across all inpatient settings including the surgical, medical, oncology and neuroscience units.
Potential for cross training in additional areas including Emergency Department, Gastroenterology Procedure Unit (GPU), IV team, Inpatient Psychiatry and Infusion Centers.
Delivering family‑centered care as a member of a multidisciplinary team that provides expert care.
Working in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment with many opportunities for learning and career growth with comprehensive orientation to meet individual needs.
Opportunities to be involved in hospital‑wide committees and to precept new staff and nursing students.
Education
A bachelor’s degree in nursing.
Experience
A minimum of 1‑year inpatient acute care RN experience required with a wide range of diagnoses preferred; Pediatrics RN experience preferred.
Ability to work 50% Day/Night rotations, every third weekend, and flexibility of availability required; Straight nights with every third weekend may also be available.
Licensure / Certifications
Current Massachusetts license as a Registered Nurse (RN).
This position is eligible for a $10,000 sign‑on bonus for 36‑hour per week hires (pro‑rated for less than 36 hours) for RNs with a minimum of 1 year of pediatrics inpatient RN experience (internal candidates are not eligible; former BCH employees who have worked here in the past 2 years are not eligible).
Additional $8.00 per hour incentive for all hours worked.
