About the Role A top tier global firm is seeking a senior M&A and private equity associate with at least five years of experience to join its Los Angeles team. The practice handles complex public and private M&A, cross‑border transactions, and high‑value private equity matters across multiple sectors.
You will work with market‑leading partners on sophisticated deals, support major sponsors and corporates, and take a meaningful role in structuring and negotiating transactions.
Responsibilities
Structure and negotiate complex M&A and private equity transactions.
Draft transaction documents and other legal materials.
Coordinate with partners, sponsors, and corporate clients on deal execution.
Support cross‑border and high‑value transaction work across multiple sectors.
Qualifications
At least five years of experience in a large law firm focusing on M&A and private equity.
Strong drafting skills and steady execution experience.
Background in handling complex public and private M&A, cross‑border transactions, and high‑value private equity matters.
