The team advises significant companies on high-value matters and offers early involvement in structuring, drafting, negotiating, and closing transactions.
They are interested in associates with strong experience leading workstreams on corporate deals and the capability to run M&A transactions with accuracy and sound judgement. You should have proven drafting and negotiation skills, experience supervising junior team members, and the ability to advise clients on governance and general corporate issues.
