Administrative Assistant - Corporate Experience
This is a 6-month, full-time (40 hours/week), hybrid contract role located in San Francisco, CA.
Summary This role provides high-level administrative support to senior managers and broader teams, serving as a key operational partner within the organization. The Administrative Assistant III independently manages complex administrative tasks, acts as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, and ensures smooth day-to-day operations through strong organization, judgment, and communication.

5+ years of experience in administrative support roles
Passion for operational excellence with a strong foundation in executive support and office administration
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Familiar with corporate administrative policies, travel and expense processes, and meeting best practices
Skilled in collaborating with senior leaders, cross-functional teams, and external partners
Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities, timelines, and stakeholder needs
Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail
Demonstrates sound judgment, discretion, and professionalism when handling confidential information
Job Description In this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to senior managers and designated teams. You'll partner closely with internal teams and external contacts to coordinate meetings, manage calendars, and support business operations.
This includes extensively managing complex calendars, scheduling and prioritizing meetings, coordinating logistics such as meeting rooms, visitor access, and equipment, and supporting meetings through documentation and follow-up. You will also manage complex travel arrangements, prepare expense reports, and ensure timely reimbursements.
You will produce correspondence, reports, and presentations; manage mail and communications; maintain files, databases, and sensitive records; and identify opportunities to improve administrative processes. Additional responsibilities may include data tracking and analysis, reporting, training junior administrative staff, supporting special projects, and acting as the first point of contact for inquiries related to the team or department.
Education and Experience Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
Background in administrative support, operations, or office management.
Experience supporting senior-level managers in a corporate environment.
Additional Requirements This opportunity is located in San Francisco, CA and requires a hybrid work schedule.
The pay for this W-2 position ranges from $40.00 - $41.38 per hour.
This position may be eligible for benefits such as PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits upon meeting certain length of service and hours requirements.
