Corporate Attorney
Location: In Office
Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Corporate Attorney to serve in a senior, in‑house role supporting leadership across employment, compliance, and business matters. This position is ideal for a practical, business‑minded attorney who enjoys being closely involved with the organization and providing day‑to‑day legal guidance beyond traditional contract work.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as primary legal counsel for the organization
Advise leadership on employment law, workplace policies, and compliance
Support PEO relationships and employment‑related agreements
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, vendor agreements, and internal policies
Guide compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
Support employee‑related matters, investigations, and policy interpretation
Coordinate with outside counsel as needed
Provide practical, risk‑aware legal guidance aligned with business needs
Qualifications
JD from an accredited law school
Active Florida bar license in good standing
Strong background in employment and HR‑related law
Experience with PEOs or similar employment structures preferred
Excellent contract drafting and negotiation skills
Strong judgment and communication skills
