Summary This role leads revenue-driving partnerships and account operations across digital platforms and retail channels. The Senior Manager, Revenue is responsible for optimizing partner performance, improving operational processes, driving strategic initiatives that maximize commercial opportunities across digital and physical distribution. This position works cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to ensure executional excellence, strong relationships, and sustained revenue growth.

7+ years of experience in business operations, sales, or marketing within a digital content, media, or entertainment-related industry
Passion for digital media and revenue growth with a strong foundation in platform strategy, analytics, and partner management
Proficient in digital platforms, analytics tools, and commercial systems, with strong operational and strategic planning skills
Familiar with streaming platforms, social media ecosystems, and user-generated content models
Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, operations, and external partners
Able to work independently while managing multiple initiatives simultaneously
Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities, timelines, and stakeholder needs
Strong written and verbal communication skills with executive-level presentation experience
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
Job Description In this role, you will oversee account partnerships and manage account teams to drive revenue performance and operational efficiency. You'll partner with internal stakeholders and external platform partners to optimize platform expertise, refine processes, troubleshoot daily account activities, and identify growth opportunities.
This includes developing and executing channel marketing plans, managing partner platform placements and programs, optimizing analytic tools, and driving digital strategy initiatives. You will also support inventory management and physical product execution, ensuring orders are received and shipped on time while preparing sales performance reporting across retail channels.
You will lead partner development efforts, build strong relationships with partners of varying sizes, and coordinate cross-partner initiatives that require collaboration across multiple internal and external teams. Ongoing responsibilities include education on best practices, event coordination support, promotional asset management, and post-initiative reporting to ensure visibility into performance and execution.
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
Background in business operations, sales, marketing, or digital media
Experience working with commercial digital platforms and partner ecosystems
Additional Requirements This opportunity is located in Santa Monica, CA and requires on-site work.
This is a
weekly exempt
position, pay is
$2,000 - $2,158 per week .
This position may be eligible for PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits upon meeting certain length of service and hours requirements.
