What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Own strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for complex product areas
Frame and solve high‑ambiguity customer problems through discovery and structured feedback
Drive the end‑to‑end product lifecycle, collaborating with Engineering, Design, Data, and Sales
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for product lines and run experiments to inform decisions
Represent product areas in customer calls, escalations, and executive reviews, managing trade‑offs effectively
What is Required (Qualifications)
7+ years of product management experience in software, particularly in B2B SaaS or similar technical domains
Proven experience with deeply technical products, collaborating closely with engineering teams
Demonstrated ability to own product strategy, definition, and roadmap for complex product surfaces
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with comfort in using data to inform decisions
Excellent communication skills with the ability to drive alignment across cross‑functional teams
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in enterprise SaaS/B2B environments, ideally in cybersecurity or related technical domains
Prior experience as a software engineer, data scientist, or similar technical role
Familiarity with data analysis and experimentation tools
Experience with AI‑native workflows and rapid prototyping tools
Background working closely with GTM teams on product launches and customer‑facing messaging
