What You Bring:
- 1+ years of experience in a medical office or healthcare setting
- Experience with patient scheduling, insurance verification, data entry, and multi-line phone systems
- Knowledge of electronic medical records (EMR) preferred
- Great communication and people skills
What You'll Do:
- Greet guests and manage incoming calls
- Help with scheduling, filing, and everyday admin tasks
- Keep the front desk clean, organized, and welcoming
- Support the team with general office duties
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors with a warm, professional welcome and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Answer and route incoming calls and emails promptly and courteously.
- Maintain a clean, organized front desk and lobby area.
- Schedule appointments and manage meeting room calendars.
- Receive and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Provide general administrative support including filing, data entry, and document handling.
- Assist with ordering office supplies and monitoring inventory levels.
- Maintain HIPAA compliance and confidentiality.
