HR Assistant Opportunity
Our client in Katy, Texas is currently seeking a dedicated HR Assistant for a contract-to-hire opportunity.

HR Assistant Role:
- Provide essential support in various human resources functions to ensure the smooth operation of HR processes
- Assist in recruitment activities, such as posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
- Maintain accurate employee records, including personnel files and HR databases
- Support employee onboarding by preparing paperwork and assisting with orientation
- Assist with benefits administration and respond to employee inquiries
- Coordinate training initiatives, including scheduling sessions and tracking participation
- Offer general administrative support to the HR team
HR Assistant Background Profile:
- Prior experience in HR or administrative roles
- Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software
- Spanish bilingual skills are advantageous but not mandatory
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proactive approach and a willingness to take on new challenges
- Effective in working independently and collaboratively
