Senior Executive Assistant To General Partner - Investment Firm
Compensation: $125K - $150K

We are seeking a high-caliber Senior Executive Assistant (Senior EA) to work closely with our General Partner (GP), ensuring seamless progress and maximum efficiency across his day-to-day investment activities and strategic initiatives. This is a critical, high-touch role that requires exceptional organizational skills and discretion.
As the Senior EA to the General Partner, you will act as a trusted partner, gatekeeper, and organizational backbone, allowing the GP to focus on high-value investment decisions.
Executive Support & Coordination: Provide full, proactive administrative and strategic support to the General Partner.
Complex Calendar Management: Own and meticulously manage a dynamic, high-volume calendar, prioritizing engagements, scheduling calls and meetings across multiple time zones, and proactively resolving conflicts to optimize the GP's time.
Communication & Gatekeeping: Act as the primary professional point of contact and gatekeeper for the GP, screening calls and managing a high-volume inbox and correspondence (internal and external) with confidentiality and discretion.
Document Preparation: Draft, edit, and format high-level correspondence, presentations, board materials, and investment reports for executive and external audiences.
Travel Management: Coordinate extensive and complex domestic and international travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, and detailed itineraries.
Project & Investment Support: Assist with special projects related to investment activity and portfolio support, ensuring follow-up items are tracked and deadlines are met.
Process Improvement: Continuously assess and refine internal administrative workflows to enhance efficiency and support the firm's strategic objectives.
