Sr. Executive Assistant
Performs administrative duties for executive management team, their direct reports and others, as needed. Communicates with all levels of the organization including senior management and high-level officers both internal and external to Pathward. Provides primary support for EVP/Executive Committee level management.
What You Will Do:
- Deals professionally with all levels of internal and external management.
- Takes initiative in executives' absence and works independently.
- Arranges complex and detailed travel plans and itineraries; compiles documents for travel-related meetings.
- Composes correspondence and reports for own or executives' signature.
- Executes under tight timeframes; multi-tasks and prioritize tasks.
- Develops effective working relationships with teammates, employees and stakeholders.
- Collaborates with other administrative staff to accomplish work assignments.
- Coordinates all aspects of executives' appointments, meetings, partner visits and conference calls.
- Maintains and updates calendars and task lists for management; adjusts commitments to maximize executives' time efficiency.
- Prepares and distributes professional quality documents, reports or presentations.
- Coordinates on-site and off-site meetings for executives. Leads or co-leads major executive events, such as leadership summits, town halls, offsites, or board-prep cyclesensuring high-quality logistics, communication, and deliverables.
- Verifies deadlines on incoming requests of the executives and puts preliminary work in play.
- May have office management responsibilities for a site. Oversees day-to-day office operations, including space planning, supply management, vendor coordination, and administrative complianceto create a smooth, well-run environment for associates and leaders.
- Coordinates across stakeholders to align agendas, manage confidential information, and drive flawless execution.
- Identifies and resolves operational issues before they escalate, leveraging data, relationships, and strong problem-solving skills.
- Occasional travel may be required, including overnight stays.
- Other duties as assigned.
What You Will Need:
- High School Diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience.
- Experience interacting with and supporting senior and executive levels of management required.
- Knowledge of administrative practices and procedures, data management methods, basic accounting practices and human resources practices.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.

Salary range: $60,000 $100,500
The salary range reflects the minimum and maximum target for a new hire in this role. Individual pay within the range will be determined by multiple factors which can include but are not limited to a candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and location. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary for your location during the hiring process. Ranges may be modified in the future. This role is also eligible for an annual performance-based incentive opportunity.
